Cruffin

Our handmade sourdough cruffin, the result of a liaison between a full buttered french croissant and a delightful little sweet muffin. Born in Melbourne, grew up in San Francisco and now travelling the world in celebration of this novel coupling.

Keeping to the French tradition, this 32-layer hand-laminated croissant dough cruffin is loaded with high quality unsalted butter and filled with an assortment of jams, curds and creams.

A first outing with our cruffin, it is available in limited quantities only.
