A heavy 100% Rye Bread with a blend of bakery milled wholemeal rye, white rye and crushed rye, generously seeded with roasted sunflower, sesame & flax seed. An addition of honey*, malted barley and molasses rounds off the bread, coarsley jacketed in crushed rye.

Available as a mini-loaf, a standard loaf, or as thin slices from a larger format loaf.
