Ordering, Paying and Receiving
There are two ways one can procure our offerings:

- At Christine’s Vegetable Market

- Delivery – currently we do not deliver
- Collections on Saturday morning: At Christine’s Vegetable Market opposite Waldorf School Entrance on Annandale Road, from 9:00am to 11:00

- Buy directly from our table at Christine’s
- Payment – there are two methods
- Cash
- EFT via our card machine

All online orders attract a 10% discount off the listed prices
Some Additional Info
We publish our “Bakes for the Week” on the Sunday night and commit to final numbers for the bake at 5pm on Tuesday.
- All orders placed between Sunday and 5pm on Tuesday are committed deliveries
- Orders placed after Tuesday are subject to availability
- The online shop will automatically indicate availability of product
- Note that the indicated weight of the various breads is given for the dough mass prior to baking. All bread will lose weight during the baking process. The amount of weight loss varies between the different types of bread and within the bread types themselves – anywhere from 5% -15%. Some of the factors influencing weight loss in individual types of bread are
- Baking temperature
- Length of bake
- Hydration of loaf (moisture content)
- Panned or free-form
- etc
