Here are most of the breads in our repertoire that we select from for our Bakes for the Week. They fall into various categories, white breads, wholemeal breads, rye breads, seedloafs, multigrain loafs, flavoured breads and some country specific breads.
A number of factors drive our selection, eg, capacity, popularity, requests or maybe because we feel like it or haven’t baked the bread for awhile. And the again, we might be introducing a new bread, confectionary or savoury.
